Appointments are available from 7:30am with the last appointment offered at 5:30pm. You do not need a referral, unless you plan to claim Medicare rebates.

To make an appointment, your phone call or text is welcome on 0438 448 118. I will respond as soon as I’m available, which on some occasions may be the next working day. You can also email me for an appointment; however, I usually receive voicemail / text messages sooner than emails so for anything urgent please call or text.

In our first session we’ll be getting to know each other and we’ll discuss how we’ll work together. We also need to go through a few admin details first so this session may be a little longer.

Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes each. Couple or family sessions are extended to one hour and 20 minutes to allow more time for each person to participate. We can discuss this when you make the appointment.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. That way someone else can take the vacated appointment time.

$190 for one person (60 minutes)

$250 for a couple or family (80 minutes)

Payment is due at each session and can be made by card, EFT direct deposit or cash.

If you get a referral from your GP, he or she may prepare a Mental Health Care Plan. This entitles you to a rebate from Medicare, which is currently $131.65 per session. The rebate will be paid by Medicare after each session.

The Medicare rebate is available for 10 sessions within a calendar year. You may be able to receive rebates for another 10 sessions in the following year, if your GP authorizes this.

Please note that Medicare does not currently pay a rebate on fees for couples counselling.

Alternatively, your Private Health Insurance fund may offer rebates on your fees. This depends on your policy and level of cover. Please check with your provider for details.
